Port of Newcastle renews major partnership with Newcastle Jets

The Newcastle Jets today confirmed Port of Newcastle has extended their commitment as Major Partner for a second season with the release of the Club’s 2022/23 home jersey.

Port of Newcastle will be proudly displayed across the Newcastle Jets A-League Men’s Team gold home jersey for the 2022/23 season, as well as on the A-League Women’s Team home and away jerseys.

Newcastle Jets Executive Chairman Shane Mattiske is delighted to have Port of Newcastle’s continued support.

“The Club is very pleased to know that we have the continued support of a great sponsor and importantly an organisation that makes a strong contribution to this region here in Newcastle and throughout Northern NSW. We also appreciate the Port of Newcastle’s continued significant support of both Men’s and Women’s A-League teams.”

As the world’s largest coal exporting port, Port of Newcastle is a significant contributor to economic activity in Australia, as well as a vital economic gateway to the resource-rich Hunter Valley and the north and northwest of NSW.

As major partner of the Newcastle Jets, Port of Newcastle demonstrates its commitment to sporting communities across Newcastle, the Hunter Region and Northern NSW and its ongoing support for one of only two professional sporting teams in this region.
