Haven’t received your physical member items and cards in the mail yet?
You can use your digital membership card that was issued via email to gain access to the game this weekend. Just to be safe, we recommend printing a copy of your digital card to scan on entry. All memberships purchased on or prior to Thursday 13 October should receive a digital copy by Friday 14 October, with physical packs to follow in the mail.
Issues on the day?
As this is our first match back at McDonald Jones Stadium for the 2022/23 season, our Member Services Box will be open from 3.15pm for all existing Member enquiries, or issues regarding entry into the grounds.

Entry Gates
Please be aware that all entry for this match will be through the main gates. The gate at the Southern end of the venue (near the Southern Hill / Hockey Centre) will be closed.

Greater Bank are kicking off our first home game with a bang, as our official match day partner.
Get to the grounds early to enjoy the planned activity in the entertainment precinct – including Sparky’s Challenge, face painting, player signings and other football related interactive activities.

Trading cards are back in season 2022/23. Grab the first instalment this weekend with Angus Thurgate & Jason Hoffman, with a new set released each home game.
Keep an eye out for these as you enter through the main gates.

The Jets shop will be set up both outside the grounds with a pop up retail outlet, as well as inside the Stadium on both the Western & Eastern concourses.
