Mark Natta Re-Signs

The Newcastle Jets are pleased to announce that Mark Natta has signed a new two-year deal with the club.

Natta has made 41 appearances for the club across all competitions since making his debut in 2022.

Since joining the Jets, Natta has also gone on to represent the Olyroos, making his debut for the national U23 side in a 2-1 win over Qatar last year.

Newcastle Jets Isuzu Ute A-League Head Coach Rob Stanton is thrilled to have Natta commit to the club for the next two years.

“Mark has shown his qualities at the back for us this season. He has shown great progress and development and I’m excited to see him build on that over the next few years.

His application to training has been first class and I think he’s a player who the fans have come to enjoy watching.”

Natta has established himself in the centre of the Jets defence with his impressive displays since making his debut in 2022.

Natta said. “I’m happy to be extending my time here at the Jets. Since making my debut I’ve loved playing in this city and I’m determined to build success here in this region.

Working with Rob and his staff has been really good for my development, and I’m determined to hit new levels in my game over the next two seasons.”
