Following the announcement of the venue change for our A-League Men’s home game against the Mariners this Saturday, we’ve put together some FAQ’s to answer a few of the common questions.
Q: This Saturday’s A-League Men’s game has been moved to Gosford, does that mean we lose a home game?
A: No, we’ll still play our full schedule of 13 home games at McDonald Jones Stadium. We will still host the Central Coast Mariners at McDonald Jones Stadium this season, on Saturday March 2 (instead of Saturday 25 November) and Saturday 27 April.

Q: Can Jets Members still use their Membership Cards to enter the game in Gosford on Saturday?
A: Full Season Members will still be admitted free entry to the game and can sit in the away bays as per our standard reciprocal rights arrangement with the Mariners. Flexi Members (3 or 6 game Members) are unfortunately not permitted free access but can purchase discounted tickets via Ticketek using the code sent via email.
Q: I’m a 3 or 6 Game Member who redeemed tickets to this game, what happens now?
A: Your Membership account will be replenished with the number of tickets you redeemed, and you’ll be able to select another home game throughout the season instead.
Q: I was going to collect my Membership Cap at the game, how do I redeem it now?
A: You can still redeem your hat from the Jets Office at Speers Point, Monday – Friday (10am – 4pm). We’ll also have collection points at both of our upcoming ALM and ALW home games, against Melbourne City on December 3 and Sydney FC on December 10 respectively.
Q: I purchased a ticket to the game via the Ticketmaster website – what happens now?
A: All ticketholders for the original date should have received an email from Ticketmaster by now. Two options are available – a refund, or a transfer of the purchase to the new date of Saturday, March 2. Please contact Ticketmaster here if you have not received any information from them.
Q: I want to buy tickets to the game on Saturday in Gosford – how do I do that?
A: Tickets will be available via the Ticketek website from 4pm, Monday 20 November. Jets Members can use the discount code sent via email to access the discounted prices.
