Fresh off winning the Jets Members’ Player of the Year Award, our young star in the midfield, Angus Thurgate, is in contention for the A-Leagues Young Player of the Year award, as announced by APL.
The 22-year-old had a stellar season this campaign, scoring five goals, making over 60 combined tackles and interceptions, and consistently playing a key role in Manager Arthur Papas’ tactics.
This year the award is being decided by fan vote.
